Booking and Payment

Booking: All service bookings must be confirmed in writing via email or signed contract.

Payment Terms: Payment is due according to the terms specified in your service agreement. We accept PayPal and Zelle. A deposit may be required to secure your booking.

Late Payments: Late payments may result in service cancellation and additional fees.

Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellation: All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellation terms are outlined in your service agreement.
Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Royalist Management and Queen Aftan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
